    - Do five meals a day instead of three meals. If you only do 3 times you`ll be really hungry every time you eat, and your body, which is intelligent, and makes many hours that did not ingest anything, tend to accumulate more calories from the last meal . So portion your meals in five shots.

    - At night, avoid eating too many carbohydrates such as rice, bread or cereals. While you sleep, excessive energy in your body tends to become fat.

    Wow, everybody is spot-on here! Smaller meals more frequently, water, BMI/R! I feel so sorry for those ladies (and guys) at the gym who are there every single day for 2 hours riding the bikes wondering why they don’t ever improve their body shape. If you eat wrong, you will not look good. Stephen is right too, you can’t exercise out a bad diet!!!

    I will add one too. This is from the low GI handbook. Make your dinner plate look like a pie chart (no pun indended) half of the chart should be covered with low gi fruits/veggies, 1/4 with good carbs and 1/4 with lean meat protein or equiv. That’s what you can model your dinner plate from.
