Why do I still have cellulite if I’m exercising?

90% of women have cellulite after adolescence.

Its appearance is triggered by various physical factors such as:

1. Do you eat a lot of fatty foods?

Then, try to answer these questions:

- Lastly, is your body flabby, without definition, sagging in some areas? Do you do what seems like thousands of reps, but don’t see any changes?

All these things are causes of cellulite. You also have to take heredity, hormones, age, and other factors into consideration.

    Si ahún tienes celulitis y estas haciendo ejercicios!! pues sin lugar a dudas alguna cosita estarás haciendo mal!! puede ser que tus ejercicios no los estes realizando de la manera adecuada, tendrias q rever tu dieta etc, te cuento existe en el mercado un método comprobado!! el cual te puede guiar paso a paso para poder eliminar definitivamente y de forma natural la celulitis!! te dejo el link paraa que lo revises …

    Hola Virginia buenos dias, tengo alguna preguntita, soy dietista y queria saber cuales son los mejores ejercicios para eliminar o reducir celulitis y cartucheras, ya que he oido que demasiada tonificacion de piernas (spinning x ejemplo) puede encapsular la celulitis y por tanto dificultar su eliminacion. muchas gracias!!

      Hola Sara,

      Las clases colectivas como el ciclo indoor son actividades cardiovasculares en las que predominan los procesos anaeróbicos, con esfuerzos intermitentes y a distintas intensidades.

      No está comprobado que este tipo de ejercicio dificulte la pérdida de grasa en el tren inferor.

      Lo que sí te recomiendo es que además de practicar ciclo indoor, alternes con sesiones de aeróbico y de fuerza.

      El aeróbico hazlo continuo, sin cambios de ritmo y al menos 40 minutos al día. (mantén u ritmo medio-bajo en el que puedas mantener una conversación sin tener jadeos excesivos)

      En cuanto a ejercicios de tonificación y fuerza en piernas, los mejores son los ejercicios globales como la sentadilla, los splits o el peso muerto, ya que implican gran masa muscular y eso hace que mantegas el gasto calórico elevado. Y para obtener más pérdida de calorías te recomiendo que lo entrenes en circuito.

    hola yo soy bailarina de ballet, tengo mucho tiempo en ballet, y he notado que me esta saliendo celulitis! cuando me aplasto en las piernas la veo, si no no, pero me preocupa que cada ves hay mas, y lo raro es que yo me ejercito mucho porque aparte de ballet subo escalones una hora tres dias a la semana antes de bailar
    y veo que algunas amigas no se cuidan como yo en lo que comen  y no tienen!! ayuda, estoy confundida :)
