1- Use clamps on the weight bars. It’s tempting to stop putting the clamps on to save time, but the weights can slip from the ends and cause injury.
2- Achieve the correct postures. Pay attention to the photos and videos that we send you with each exercise of your plan.
3- Do not make sudden movements or turn while you lift. These movements increase pressure and can cause injury.
The proper technique will help you take full advantage of weightlifting and also avoid injury.
