Here is how to perform the Split correctly, step by step:
1- While standing, place a barbell along your shoulders..
2- Stride forward with one foot, keeping your legs some distance apart to maintain your balance.
3- Bring the knee of your back leg to the floor.
4- To return to your starting position, push back strongly with your front leg.
