It\’s important for you to know how much weight you should lift in each set of each exercise we suggest in your training plan.
You\’ll use enough weight to be able to complete the recommended sets and repetitions comfortably, but the last repetition should be difficult (especially hypertrophy).
This will provide your muscles with the correct amount of resistance (weight) to start to strengthen them, although not so much as to hurt them.
As time goes by and you start progressing, and the last repetition of the set starts to be easy for you, you will increase the weight, following the same principle.
