Standing sideways to wall, place the nearest arm to wall, in a stretched position and lean on it, at shoulder level. Leave hand behind and hold positon.
Step by step
1-Standing on the floor sideways to the wall.
2-Place arm closer to wall at shoulder height (hand leaning on wall).
3-Shoulder must be aligned perpendicullar to wall and with stretched arm backwards to your body.
Lean palm of hands on wall.
Have stiff legs during the stretch.
If you want to accentuate stretch, elevate hands a bit more or flex knees a little.
Standing on the floor and sideways to wall, place the arm that is nearest to the wall (with hand leaning on wall) and at shoulder level. Now your shoulder line must be perpendicullar to the wall and with stretched arm behind body. Hold this position and then change arm.
